RETURN OF PRODUCTS
SENDING IN PRODUCTS FOR SERVICE
Return deliveries can only be accepted with an RMA number.
- Please fill out the form completely and click on the "SUBMIT" button
- You will immediately receive an RMA number by email
- An employee of RAYLASE will check and validate the RMA request by a second email to initiate further measures. Please do not send back goods before receiving the validation.
- Validation received, please add RMA number on a readable position on the package.
- Send goods to our known address at: RAYLASE GmbH, Argelsrieder Feld 2+4, 82234 Wessling, Germany
- Repairs costing up to 850.00 EUR will be carried out and shipped back within 3 - 4 weeks standard repair time with invoice. Express repairs will be completed within one week following inspection, if this was your choice. Both cases subject to the availability of spare parts and the approval of the cost estimate by the customer will not be required. We will charge an extra 100.00 EUR should we have to request your approval of the cost estimate for repairs costing up to 850.00 EUR. For repair costs above 850.00 EUR, we will send to you a cost estimate for approval. Such repairs will be carried out only after your approval within the stated time period.
- RAYLASE will start repairs after the approval and within the specified period.

** Additional processing fee EUR 500 plus VAT. With the express service the processing time is reduced to 1 week from the time the goods are received. Subject to availability of spare parts.
