JUNE 27-30, 2023 | MESSE MÜNCHEN | BOOTH B3 211
We are excited to showcase our latest laser scanning solutions at the exhibition in Munich, and demonstrate how they can enhance the performance, efficiency, and flexibility of your production processes. With over 20 years of experience in laser scanning technology, we are a trusted partner in some of the most dynamic and demanding markets, including additive manufacturing, solar and PV production, and laser welding.
At RAYLASE we believe in THE POWER OF WE - our commitment to collaborate with our customers and partners to achieve common goals.
For us, this means, offering a deep understanding about our customers’ processes and requirements in our core applications Additive Manufacturing, Laser welding, Laser Cutting and Laser surface processing. This way, we can support them when developing innovative and challenging laser processes or laser machines.
THE POWER OF WE also means not only selling components, but selling complete solutions. Our beam deflection units are accompanied with a large portfolio of optics and software solutions. And for us, solutions also include supporting the customer with installation and training, to ensure that the customer can get the most out of its laser scanning solution.
If you need high-speed and high-precision laser beam positioning for 3D printing, or reliable and scalable laser processing for solar cells and modules, or laser welding for automotive and e-mobility components, visit our booth, discover our products and speak with our experts about how together we can find an optimum solution for your application.
Curious what we will show at the LASER WORLD OF PHOTONICS in Munich? Here is a sneak preview of what you can expect, when you visit us:
If you want to move your AM machine from Rapid Prototyping to AM Production, it is important that also your key components comply with these requirements.
In our AM Module III, we have combined the knowledge and expertise from our AXIALSCAN FIBER series and our AM Module next Gen and developed an AM Module truly made for production.
The key benefits:
Interested? Then visit us at the Laser World of Photonics and learn how our AM Module III can help you to make the step towards AM production.
The production of solar wafers is optimized for speed and high throughput. This is why also the size of the wafers increased over time. However, the growth was limited by the dynamics and field size of laser scanning systems, which are important for an efficient production process.
To solve exactly this issue, we developed our SUPERSCAN IV 20 SOLAR. Thus, we can now provide a solution that enables the next step to M12-size wafers, without affecting spot size or scan speed.
The key benefits:
Let’s meet at the Laser World of Photonics and you can learn how our SUPERSCAN IV 20 SOLAR can prepare your production for the next wafer size.
Laser welding and cutting is an important process step in modern production of batteries, fuel cells and other parts in electric vehicles. But the requirements become more and more challenging e.g. in thin sheet welding, where precise and reliable focus control is critical for a stable process.
With our new AXIALSCAN FIBER 20/30 RD, we tackle exactly this challenge. It expands the established AXIALSCAN FIBER series with our new RAYvolution Drive technology. This new focus shifter allows to move the z-position of your focus as fast as in xy-direction. And ensuring the desired focus position in all dimensions offers you full control over your process at any time.
The key benefits:
You want to speed up your High-power welding or cutting process? Visit us at the Laser World of Photonics and learn how our AXIALSCAN FIBER 20/30 RD can speed up even thin sheet welding and other sensitive production processes.
We are excited to introduce the latest feature of our RAYGUIDE software, our position recognition plugin MATCH. The tool takes images of representative marks of the workpiece with a camera attached to the beam deflection unit. In these images, the software automatically detects features like edges, holes or other pre-defined markers.
With this information, MATCH then adapts the laser process by adjusting the scan pattern and its position according to the measured data.
In other words, MATCH is our “Click & Teach on Autopilot”!
The key benefits:
If you plan to put your laser production on Autopilot, you should learn more about our new MATCH and our RAYGUIDE software in general. Meet Robert Kachel, our RAYGUIDE product manager at the Laser World of Photonics and be part of a live demonstration of our position recognition.
If you produce accurate products with a laser system, you know that precise and repeated machine calibration is crucial for a stable process. And you know how elaborate and time-consuming such a calibration process can be.
For this challenge, we developed our Scan Field Calibrator SFC-600 that provides a fast and precise calibration of your scan system in xy- and z-direction. The complete process is automated and controlled by one software, which eliminates interfaces and makes the calibration process almost failsafe.
The key benefits:
Do you also want to save time in your calibration? Let’s meet at the Laser World of Photonics and learn more about the possibilities of our SFC600.
If you want an in-person discussion at our booth B3.211, you can already now schedule a meeting for the exhibition. Simply click on the button below and fill out the form. We will be happy to reserve a time slot that fits your agenda and answer any questions you may have.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the Laser World of Photonics 2023 and to discussing how we can empower your production with laser precision and innovation!
See you soon in Munich!
