RAYLASE GmbH is a high-tech company based in Weßling am Ammersee near Munich. We are a provider for high-precision opto-mechanical solutions for laser material processing. With 150 employees we help our customers to develop innovative laser systems. Our products are widely used in different markets like e-mobility, photovoltaics as well as in additive manufacturing and the electronics industry.

To further increase the awareness of RAYLASE and to open up new markets, we are looking for an immediate addition to our sales and marketing team:

Online Marketing-Manager (m/f/d)

As RAYLASE, we want to attract as many potential customers as possible to our scanning solutions and get them excited about us. To achieve this, we rely on a convincing customer journey with personal touchpoints and relevant content. We want to further expand and optimize this.

In the future, marketing automation will also play a stronger role.

If you want to support a hidden champion in laser technology in online marketing and take it to the next level, then we should definitely get to know each other.

• As a central contact person for online marketing, you keep track of our marketing activities and channels, such as website and social media
• You find out what is needed and implement this together with Sales, HR and our external partners
• Using KPIs, you analyse our marketing performance & success
• As part of the team, you plan marketing projects and campaigns for trade fairs and products launches and coordinate their successful implementation
• You organize the introduction of inbound marketing via Hubspot for marketing and sales and then ensure that the processes run optimally

• You are familiar with online marketing and marketing automation and have also completed your training or studies in this area
• You enjoy organising, because you know that you can achieve more in a team
• You are open-minded and collegial
• You work responsibly and in a structured way
• You are used to using marketing software tools
• You are familiar with the common social media channels
• You are fluent in German and English
